Formoterol is a medicine that helps open up the airways in the lungs. It helps by relaxing the muscles in the breathing passages and opening them up. This helps you breathe better. Budesonide is a medicine that helps reduce swelling and redness by stopping the body from making certain chemicals that cause inflammation and allergies.
