Diclofenac Potassium + Paracetamol Tablets: Diclofenac + paracetamol treats musculoskeletal painful joint conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
Composition:
Each tablet contains:
-
Diclofenac Potassium IP 50 mg
-
Paracetamol 325 mg
Dosage Form: Tablet
Therapeutic Class: Analgesic & Anti-Inflammatory
Diclofenac + paracetamol has Diclofenac (analgesic) and Paracetamol (fever reducer/mild analgesic), which act against painful musculoskeletal pain, joint pain, and skeletal muscle spasms. Diclofenac inhibits the effect of a chemical messenger called cyclo-oxygenase (COX), which induces pain and swelling at the site of injury or damage. Paracetamol, however, is a weak analgesic (mild pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer), complementing Diclofenac’s analgesic effect. It also relieves toothache, earache, backache, and other musculoskeletal pain.
